Steps play in order. After the final step, scans stay on the last action — perfect for journeys that end on a destination.
After the last step, the sequence wraps back to step one and keeps rotating. Great for cycling offers or tips.
Plays through once. When it's done, the tag falls back to its own action — a clean handoff from campaign to permanent content.

Tags running a sequence wear a "Changes with each scan" pill in My Tags, so you always know which tags are static and which are mid-journey. Assign a sequence to a single tag or to a whole group.
Sequences are built from your Saved Actions — any action type can be a step, and editing an action updates every sequence that uses it.
Shared progress moves everyone through the same step together. Per-device progress gives each phone its own journey — person A on step 3, person B just starting.
Cap how fast a sequence moves — for example, one advance per day. Repeat scans inside the limit stay on the current step, so nobody binges a week of content in a minute.
Run one sequence across a whole group of tags. When the sequence doesn't apply, each tag falls back to its own action — no dead ends, ever.
Starter includes sequences up to 3 steps. Essential and Professional include unlimited sequences.
